Your first 30 days are free
The trial starts by itself the first time you open RafaBox. Every feature, no card, no account, nothing to cancel. Near the end, a quiet note in the app asks if you’d like to keep it.
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout, depending on where you live.
Every plan gets the whole box
Nothing is held back for a higher tier. Monthly, Yearly and Own it all unlock exactly the same app.

Questions about paying
How does the free trial work?
It starts by itself the first time you open RafaBox and lasts 30 days. Every feature is switched on. There’s no card to enter and no account to make, so there’s nothing to cancel if you decide it’s not for you.
What happens when the trial ends, or a subscription lapses?
RafaBox goes read-only. Your history stays browsable, searchable and copyable. Only new work pauses: capturing new copies, screenshots, recording, Scoop, the Dev Box, templates and workflows. Pick a plan and sign in, and everything carries on where it was.
If a payment fails, RafaBox keeps working for 7 more days while you update your card.
How do subscriptions renew, and how do I cancel?
A subscription renews monthly or yearly depending on the plan. Cancel any time from Settings > License > Manage subscription, which opens the payment provider’s portal. RafaBox keeps working to the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Can I use RafaBox on more than one Mac?
One license is active on one Mac at a time. To move it, sign in on the other Mac and choose Use here instead. The first Mac signs out by itself. You can move up to three times a day.
Does it need the internet?
Only now and then, to check the license. RafaBox works offline for up to 72 hours between checks. Everything else runs on your Mac.
Do I need an account or a password?
No. You sign in with a 6-digit code emailed to the address you paid with. If you were given a license key, as a gift for example, you can paste that instead.

Do prices include tax?

We’re a company. How do team licenses work?
Buy one license per person. Each person signs in with their own work email, so every Mac is covered separately. Team licenses are lifetime licenses. For a quote or an invoice, email teams@rafabox.app.
