What you’re getting

RafaBox is a Mac app. Every plan unlocks the same app with every feature. A license lets one person use RafaBox on one Mac at a time.

The free trial

The trial starts the first time you open RafaBox and lasts 30 days. It needs no card and no account. It’s tied to your Mac, so reinstalling doesn’t restart it.

Paying

• Monthly: US$2 per month, renewing monthly.
• Yearly: US$10 per year, renewing yearly.
• Own it: US$50 once, with every future update included.

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout, depending on where you live.

Payments are taken by our payment provider. A subscription renews monthly or yearly depending on the plan, and is charged to the card you gave until you cancel.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Settings > License > Manage subscription. RafaBox keeps working to the end of the period you’ve paid for and then doesn’t renew. If a payment fails, RafaBox keeps working for 7 days while you update your card.

Refunds

If RafaBox isn’t right for you, email us at hello@rafabox.app and we’ll sort it out. A refunded license stops working.

One Mac at a time

A license is active on one Mac at a time. You can move it to another Mac up to three times a day. RafaBox checks its license now and then and works offline for up to 72 hours between checks. Please don’t share your license or try to get around these limits.

When a license isn’t active

When the trial ends, or a subscription ends or lapses, RafaBox goes read-only. Your history stays browsable, searchable and copyable. Capturing, the tools and workflows pause until a license is active again.

Teams

A company buys one license per person, and each person signs in with their own work email. Team licenses are lifetime licenses. Quotes and invoices are arranged by email at teams@rafabox.app.

Your data

Your clipboard history and everything you make in RafaBox stay on your Mac and belong to you. Keeping your own backups is up to you. The privacy page explains exactly what the license check sends.

Updates

Subscriptions include updates while they’re active. Own it includes every future update. Features may change between versions.

No guarantees beyond the law

We work hard to make RafaBox reliable, but it’s provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for RafaBox in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version goes on this page with the date. Changes don’t apply to a period you’ve already paid for.
